Intermediate connectors usually refer to cable intermediate connectors, which are the cable connectors in the middle part of the cable line. Heat-shrinkable cable intermediate connectors are a kind of cable accessory widely used in the intermediate connection of cross-linked cables or oil-immersed cables of 35KV and below voltage levels. The main function is to make the line smoother, keep the cable sealed, and ensure the insulation level at the cable connection so that it can be operated safely and reliably.
Product Overview
Our JYZ type cable intermediate connectors are heat-shrinkable cable intermediate connectors, which are small size, light weight, safety and reliability, and convenient installation compared with traditional cable accessories. The product conforms to the GB11033 standard; the long-term use temperature range is -55°C-105°C; the aging life is up to 20 years; the radial shrinkage rate is 50%; the longitudinal shrinkage rate is 5%; and the shrinkage temperature is 110°C－140°C. The schematic diagram of the product structure is shown in the figure below.
